ABOUT

Decision support for HVAC operators before they spend to grow.

HVAC Decision Engine is an Alpha product for US residential HVAC businesses. It is designed to identify the constraint that should be addressed before buying more leads, adding payroll or changing software.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

A business diagnostic, not another software directory.

The product starts with the operating state of the business. It checks demand, conversion, capacity, operations and economic confidence before it suggests an intervention.

Software appears only when software capability matches the diagnosed constraint. The product can also conclude that the next move is measurement, process improvement, hiring, more demand or no new software at all.

WHO IT IS FOR

Residential HVAC operators making growth decisions.

The Alpha is built around decisions commonly faced by small and growing HVAC businesses: whether to buy more leads, whether a full calendar really justifies another technician, whether callbacks are consuming capacity, whether pricing confidence is good enough to scale and whether a software change addresses the actual problem.

HOW WE WORK

Rules first. Explanation second.

The diagnostic is deterministic. It uses explicit business rules and confidence gates rather than asking a language model to improvise a diagnosis.

Missing information lowers confidence. It is not silently replaced with invented averages or false precision.

COMMERCIAL SEPARATION

Affiliate payout has zero ranking weight.

Commercial relationships may exist with some software vendors, but they do not change constraint detection, capability weights or recommendation order.

Where an affiliate or referral relationship exists, it should be disclosed. The ranking logic remains separate from monetization.

TRANSPARENCY

Read the rules behind the product.
